Republican "Barkamol avlod-2008" sport games started

Students of lyceums and secondary special and professional educational institutions gathered in Karakalpakstan’s capital, Nukus to participate in Republican “Barkamol avlod-2008” sports games. It is a component of the National program on training specialists.

This system, directed to educate harmoniously developed person, includes “Universiada” among students of higher educational institutions. Students of secondary special and professional educational institutions gather to participate in “Barkamol avlod” sports games. “Umid nihollari” is the first part of the three-stage continuous sports system developed on the initiative of President Islam Karimov.

The given three-stage system has completely justified itself and has been constantly improved.

The great ceremony was opened by the chairman of Jokargi Kenes of Karakalpakstan M. Erniyazov.

State adviser of the President of Uzbekistan H.Sultanov read the greeting of President Islam Karimov to participants of “Barkamol avlod-2008” sports games.

The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev participated in the opening ceremony.
